Since 1986, an ex-cart driver's premises in one of the oldest alleyways in the historical heart of Pisa has played host to Ristorante Galileo. Arising from the "ashes" of the old Galileo restaurant, the new pizzeria retains the well-structured style of its forebear, against a distinctively Tuscan architectural backdrop, with the owner's children and Davide now at the helm. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven and spend a carefree evening in the company of friends and family.
