The wine list has been compiled with great care. You will find all of the most celebrated names, along with a number of other great wines you will most probably never have come across before. A glance at the menu puts you in synch with the seasons, and as soon as you taste the hors d'oeuvres you appreciate immediately the quality of the ingredients and the mastery with which the kitchen has succeeded in bringing out the simple, genuine flavor of every single element. It is patently obvious that a great deal of time and skill has gone into the choice of cold cuts, cheeses, oils and spices they use here. While the wood-fired oven undoubtedly allows both meat and fish to be cooked to perfection, it is also used to make delicious pizzas. By the time you reach the dessert, you can choose between Enzo's hand-made ice cream and a range of seasonal desserts, and then you can take your pick of Amadei chocolates with rum or grappa. As regulars, we hold the restaurant in very high esteem, but what is remarkable is how quickly the people we send here go on to become regulars themselves.”
